Assistant Producer, Part-Time

Requirements:

· 5+ years in live and virtual events

· Familiarity with writing and scheduling ROS, Rehearsal Schedules, Catering Schedule, etc.

· Clear understanding of scheduling and managing a corporate calendar

· Willingness to learn new concepts, software, and industry trends

· Be passionate about customer engagement and building consulting relationships

· Possess strong communication skills

· Willingness to patiently assist potential and current clients

· Ability to solve challenges quickly and calmly
